Founded by Georges Niang, the company is managed by Kieran McAllen and Ed Champy, who together bring over 60 years of combined experience in construction, property management, and real estate development.
With deep expertise in both public and private sector projects, Fundamental Construction is dedicated to providing high-quality services while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the construction and real estate sectors. Fundamental Construction LLC has an approved bonding capacity of $1 million in its first year, with the ability to expand as needed for larger projects. This includes the capacity to take on projects such as interior upgrades (e.g., kitchens and bathrooms) in multi-unit housing complexes.

With over 25 years of experience building multi-unit residential buildings, the team at Fundamental Construction has self-performed a variety of tasks—most commonly carpentry and painting. In addition to overseeing project management and site supervision, Kieran and Ed's hands-on experience gives them a unique and comprehensive understanding of what is needed when renovating old buildings or building new ones.
